ROOM 3: THE AGE OF ICE (THE PLEISTOCENE)


            The action of ice glaciers during Pleistocene (geological process that started 2.58 million years ago and ended 10,000 years ago) pronounced the remains of glaciers of the Caurel´s Mountains, which are interpreted considering the material remains present on the ground and the footprints left in the landscape by the action of ice.
